User Fee Schedule* as of 1/4/2024

See below. This fee is established to cover the cost of electricity, fuel, insurance, taxes, upkeep and maintenance of the camp. For further information contact Scott Wait (715-823-3306).

Main Facilities

Includes use of main retreat building and use of all camp facilities except RV spaces.  Includes electricity, fuel and use of all equipment inside the main building.

  • First night: $85
  • Each additional night: $55
  • An adjustable heating surcharge of $20 per day/night will apply from September 1 through April 30 to cover additional heating costs.  Rate adjustable according to fuel costs.

Camping

  • RV camper space with electric and water hookup: $40 per space, per night. (Does not include use of main facilities)
  • Groups wishing to have exclusive use of grounds (no other campers permitted) will pay an additional flat fee of $105.
  • Use of tent campsites only in Buckbee Campsite area free (No restrooms provided unless Camp fee paid.)  Permission required to use area.

Open Shelter (for meetings, NOT overnight)

  • $35-$45

Reservation Fee

$55 fee required with the reservation form. This fee will be applied toward rental fees due if after inspection of premises, no damage or missing items are found and facilities are properly cleaned up. Fee will be returned if date(s) requested are not available. Fee will not be returned if you cancel the reservation.  Balance due on/before arrival.  Form and fee of $55 must be received before you have a reservation.  Verbal reservation will not insure that you have a reservation.

Faith Statement

The Constitution of Christus Lutheran Church states: “Congregation property is to be used only for those functions and by those groups that advance and advocate, or do not conflict with, the mission, Constitution, Bylaws, or Continuing Resolutions of the congregation.  See our Statement of Faith here.

Adult Leadership Required

At least one adult aged 21 or older, and a second adult aged 18 or older, be the minimum in attendance.  One additional adult must be present for each 10 additional youth.
